Whether your coming from Bognor Regis or Brighton, take the A27 to Worthing. As you come into the Worthing district, ignore signes to the Town Centre and stay on the A27. At the large roundabout signed A24 Dorking take that exit ( by two large cemetary gates). The road runs along side the cemetary.. go just a bit further until you get to a pedestrian crossing controlled by traffic lights, and turn left into "Hill View Rise". At the top of that road, turn left into "Parham Road", and then left in to "Greatham Road".
From Horsham / Dorking, travel down the A24 to Worthing, through Findon, until you see a sign that Welcomes you to Worthing - now you are in Findon Valley. A little further on you will see a traffic light controlled pedestrian crossing at the start of a parade of shops. Just after the shops you will see a second traffic light controlled pedestrian crossing, just before which you will turn right into Hill View Rise etc as above.

Mountfield is located just 9 miles north of Hastings, and 3 miles north of Battle, just off the A2100, before John's Cross and Vinehall Street.
From the Hastings or Eastbourne direction, travel first to Battle. From Battle take the A2100 for 3 miles, and then take the local sign to "Mountfield, 12th Century Church & Brightling" just after the railway crossing on the left.
